Composite Doors– Rayne Local Information
Rayne is an Essex village in the Braintree area. Named village of the year in 2006, it has a rich history dating back to Norman times.
All Saints, the Norman church, with the addition of an original Tudor tower, had a reputation for healing, while the local manor house, called Rayne Hall, was once lived in by the Capel family, who later became the Earls of Essex.
